Villa Ospo

Located in the historic district of Jekyll Island, Villa Ospo was designed by architect John Russell Pope and built in 1930 for Jekyll Island Club member Walter Jennings of the Standard Oil Company. Situated steps from the Jekyll River at the north end of the Historic District, the cottage is a blend of Spanish Eclectic and Italian Renaissance. The intimate courtyard and large terraced garden offer ideal settings for outdoor weddings, while the Great Room provides a perfect space for receptions, welcome parties, or rehearsal dinners. The scenic, manicured front lawn can also be tented for larger gatherings.
